Below is a collection of frequently-asked-questions about our range of carts and accessories. If your question is not answered below, please contact us or your local dealer.

General

How do I order?

Our carts are available from a growing network of dealers. If you live in the U.K. or a country without a dealer you may order direct from us. Please get in touch for a quote (including shipping).

How quickly will I receive my order?

We do our best to hold stock of parts for all our standard models to keep lead times to an absolute minimum. However as each cart is hand built prior to dispatch our quoted lead times are 7-10 days (so allow 14 days including delivery). Dispatch usually occurs much sooner than this.  If you need the cart next day, some dealers hold stock of pre-configured carts so might be able to dispatch one of these more quickly. Get in touch with your local dealer today.

Do I need to return my cart when I buy accessories?

None of our accessories require a cart to be returned for installation.

Can I purchase some parts for the DIY cart I am building?

Sure! Building your own cart is great fun and we’d never discourage anyone from doing so. You are welcome to purchase from our range of accessories (Note: Accessories that include any CNC milled and anodised parts are not available to purchase separately) to compliment your own cart design, however, we obviously cannot guarantee compatibility.

Can I order a standard model with some modifications?

Of course! As our carts are hand built to order rather than off a production line, if adapting one of our standard models would suit your requirements we look forward to hearing from you.

Can I make use of your design service but order via a dealer?

Yes.

MiniCart

How many shelves can I fit on a MiniCart?

The maximum rnumber of shelves we recommend you can fit on a MiniCart is three.

What accessories are included?

The MiniCart follows an a la carte approach to accessories. During our R&D it quickly became obvious no two mixers work the same so customisation is at the heart of our cart designs. For this reason, having chosen a standard MiniCart the next step is to browse our range of accessories to select those that fit your needs. Should you have any questions or require for further advice regarding accessories, please get in touch with your local dealer.

I prefer to work standing up, is the MiniCart for me?

The MiniCart works great sitting down or standing up. However, if you are over 6ft in height you may wish to consider having the rear uprights extended. Discuss your requirements with us prior to ordering.

Why does the handle have wheels attached?

The wheels on the handle line up with the rear pneumatic wheels so that when the cart is secured against the side of a truck, your precious equipment is less likely to be bounced around during transport.
